Course Prerequisites

  • Minimum Age: 12 years old (Junior Rescue certification for ages 12–14; full certification at age 15).

  • First Aid Training: Proof of current CPR and First Aid (Emergency First Response) training completed within the last 24 months.

What You Will Learn
